Shipping within Sweden
All orders are shipped from Stockholm using established commercial carriers.
We pack every bottle with care to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, your location in Sweden, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few business days, but delays can occur, especially during weekends, holidays, or busy periods.
If your order is time-sensitive, please place it with enough margin, as we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been collected by the carrier.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items, including olive oil, once they have been shipped.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@olivarium.se and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Any decisions regarding refunds or replacements are at our discretion.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preferences, or opened products.
